We here at UKG Direct Extra try our best to get back to you regarding any queries that you may have within 24 hours (Business Time) of when you would have made your query. Our email system operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and the response time is within 24 hours (Business Time) Monday to Friday.
Our Customer Service telephone lines operate Monday to Friday from 10 am till 5.30 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am till 1.30 pm. WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER ON ANY OF OUR RETURNED RESPONSES TO YOUR EMAILED QUERY VIA THE CONTACT US PAGE ~ AND ALSO ON ANY ORDER CHECK UPS OR RETURNS QUERY. Our telephone lines are closed as from Saturday 1.30 pm until Monday 10 am. We are also closed for the Christmas Festivals as from Christmas Eve at 6.30 pm until Boxing Day 9.00 am.
