Delivery Rates & Times:
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.  We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time-scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. 

UKG Direct EXTRA  shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time-scales. We recommend that you make arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf only AFTER  your order has been delivered and checked for damage. If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new goods have arrived and have been checked for damage.

Delivery Times:

Our delivery times are as follows: Monday to Friday - 9 am till 5 pm. Saturday delivery times are yet to be confirmed. We can also try to deliver your purchase on a ETA (Estimated Time Arrival) schedule of 2 hours once your purchase has been delivered to our warehouse by our suppliers ( IF YOU LIVE CLOSE TO THE BIRMINGHAM AREA ). PLEASE FORWARD US YOUR CONTACT DETAILS - TELEPHONE NUMBER IN ORDER FOR UKG Direct EXTRA TO CONTACT  YOU. WE MAY ALSO BE ABLE TO DELIVER YOUR PURCHASES ON A EARLIER DATE THAN THE DATE SPECIFIED WHEN YOU WAS PLACING YOUR ORDER (OR WHERE IT WAS ESTIMATED 1 TO 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY). WE WILL CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL YOU AS SOON AS YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO OUR WAREHOUSE PREMISES BY OUR SUPPLIERS, IN ORDER TO FIT IN THE NEAREST POSSIBLE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME, THAT WILL BE OF YOUR CONVENIENCE (THIS WILL HAVE TO BE WITH IN OUR DELIVERY OPERATING TIMES & DAYS).
